 Dear Friends,

Thank you for logging onto our new website. This website is very much a work in progress and I would hope that you see extra added bonus features each time that you check in. One of our volunteers, has been steadfastly developing the site, and to that end I would like to thank Mr Ken Edwards of Wynchote Websites for his work and efforts in teaching Dave, a total newcomer to website design. In time we would hope that this website reflects the exciting, adventurous and totally inclusive work of Team Oasis Children's Charity.

Team Oasis was established in 2003 with the aim of offering inclusive opportunities for children and young people of all abilities and circumstances to engage together in a variety of activities and projects. We believe that promoting activities that engage  children/youngsters in exciting, adventurous activities with children/youngsters that might have a particular disability bares much universal fruit. Friendships blossom, mutual respect abounds and of course we like to think that we have a major impact on diverting young people away from the prevalent negative influences that can make it so difficult for young people these days.

We have tons of totally inclusive stuff for local children. Everything from football, basketball, ballet, tap dancing, hiphop, street jazz, performing arts, two theatre groups, camping, after school club, horse riding, day trips, violin classes, keyboard, guitar as well as parent and toddler groups and our own pensioners club.

Its a great little Charity working with over seven hundred local children each week.

Have a browse around our website. You might wish to join, maybe volunteer, arrange a sponsored event or even make a donation. Whatever your reason for visiting us today I would hope that you enjoy reading about the various sides to our work.

These next few years should see Team Oasis strive to build our very own purpose built centre. Each of our activities and more could be catered for within our plans for this new "state of the art" and "eco friendly" hub. We like to call our new centre "The Paradise Centre.

Also we have designated these next twelve months as our time to purchase some land in Spain on which we can establish our very own centre to deliver FREE holidays for Liverpool Children and carer's in need of a little respite themselves. Our camp in Spain will be known as "Camp Oasis.

All in all these next few years will be challenging, exciting, exhilarating, adventurous and fun. If this appeals to you then come on and jump on board the Team Oasis bus.

Please enjoy your journey around our site and please feel free to contact us at anytime.

Thanks for listening,

Paul Nilson

Co-ordinator.
